Qualifications to become a foster parent
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Complete an application and email the complete application to EOC.
- Complete a home study.
- Provide references.
- Pass background, criminal history, and abuse/neglect check on all members in the home 13 years and older.
- Attend the trainings.
